These Terms govern the use of PoolNexo, a software service provided by PoolNexo LLC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.

1. The service

PoolNexo provides scheduling, routing, service reports, a client portal and notification tools for pool service businesses. Features may change as the product improves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your users, for keeping credentials secure and for all activity in your account.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to collect and use your clients' data.

4. Messaging compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining and recording consent before sending SMS, WhatsApp or email messages, honoring opt-outs, contact-time limits and laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and applicable state and EU rules.

5. Water chemistry information

Reference ranges, LSI and AI-generated summaries are informational tools. Your licensed professionals remain responsible for chemical handling, dosing, safety and local regulations.

6. Trial, plans and fees

Plans and prices are shown in the app. Trials end automatically. Fees, taxes and renewals will be described at checkout when billing is enabled.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive or spam use; no attempts to break security or overload the service.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may export your data before termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

[STATE/COUNTRY] law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
